I must say I Love this Story I had thought that it was forgotten. I started following this series in 2008. I cannot say how thrilled I am that you are continuing with this story. I have read hundreds if not thousands of HP fics. This is hands down the best Time fic I have ever read. It's well thought out it doesn’t over whelm the reader but it keeps you enthralled. I will be waiting with baited breath to read more. Thank you for writing.

Good show on the defeat of the Dementors. Nice to see Ron get a bit of what Harry has had to deal with since his reappearance to the Wizarding world. Thanks for sharing!

Dear Viridian, I love this story. It has been a while since you updated so I am rereading the story to catch up with where you have ended before. That is not a complaint. Just a fact that I'm getting old and can't remember all the different fan fic plots I have read. I'm on pate 597 right now and the end of this chapter is over 1300 pages. I will review as I go along so don't put me on your bad list. Thanks for understanding. Patches

Wait a minute-- on the one day that the Dementors will be able to attack Hogwarts (if the Muggle attack succeeds ) Slughorn calls an "all house" meeting for the Slytherins so that no one from that House is present for the attack? Very interesting timing. Is Slughorn not what he seems? Is he connected with the group Millicent mentioned in the last chapter, the group of purebloods that were "aligning their interests"? Why do I get the feeling that Voldemort may wind up being almost (but not completely ) irrelevent in this timeline and that Harry and company's biggest problem will come from a completely unexpected direction and they will find themselves dealing with a dangerous conspiracy of Purebloods? Ones willing to sacrifince magical children as well as Muggle borns to Dementors? Nasty!

Also, Harry's "pain in the chest" when using his power is worrisome. Are his 2 cores of power not merging well?

Not what I was expecting after the long wait but very interesting>

Nicely done, and for what it's worth, using PIRA as a stalking-horse makes sense, particularly in the time-frame, at least in my opinion.

Thanks for writing and sharing this.

Thank you very much for revisiting this story. I am an avid fanfic reader and feel that this is one of best stories in the HP universe. I really hope you are able to find enough time to complete this.

I won't bother being surprised there's an update as I'm sure every other reviewer has done it for me.

That was pretty epic, and I don't use that word lightly. We haven't really seen Harry and the gang really get into the fray in quite some time. We all know they're miles more competent than their canon counterparts, but this really shows it. Also, I don't think I've ever seen a dementor stabbed to death before.

Anyway, always a joy to see more writing from you. It's been a while since I've reread this story and now is probably as good a time as any. I always love reading the transformation Harry undergoes throughout the story and the turns his friends take away from their canon counterparts. This is easily one of my favorite fan fics.

Later,

Rex

Good one (chapter that is).

Where can I change my email contact details? I am just about to close the account that you sent the link of the update, and I want to stay in the loop even if it is a year or two beteen chapters.

Best idea ever that I have read for fan fiction.

All the best,

Hihavaniceda

Wow, what a way for me to rejoin HP fandom! In four days I have devoured every chapter and l loved every word of it! Am eagerly anticipating the next update, though I noticed that it had been nearly 3 years between the last update and the chapter previous...I don't know if I can wait that long, though it will definitely be worth it.

Love this, keep it up and I can't wait for more x

Interesting outcome, and Ron gets what he wanted throughout most of canon!

Good Chapter. Its great to have you back.

As always it was well written, and your descritions were spot on, as to level of detail. I also enjoy your dialogue.

I will be interesting to see how Ron deals with his new fame, after all his jelousy of Harry, as described in canon, how both sides respond to the outcome of the batle.

Holy crap you are still alive? I was starting to worry mate. Good to see you are back ^^

Nice chapter indeed, things are escalating and spiraling out of control. I always find myself struggling with these parts... I usually overdo it :/ Last time that happened it took me a f***ing year to figure out how to fix it. Hope you got a good exit strategy mate, 's gonna get wild XD

Hooray! I'm so happy to see a new chapter of this story. I honestly think this story is the best HP fanfic I've ever seen, and I was starting to worry there would never be any more of it.

What a chapter, too!! The battle with the dementors was tense, and I loved your use of the sorting hat and Gryffindor's sword. One of my favorite things about this story is how clearly I can see that you've thought things through, like saving the sword for this point instead of jamming it into the second year even though it might not have fit as well given the different relationships between the characters compared to canon. One minor quibble: while that may be the first time anyone ever directly killed a dementor, the wards at the Burrow dispatched quite a few the previous summer--or were those not actually killed?

Nice to see the overall plot moving forward at the end there, as well. Though Peter is a fool if he thinks serving Voldemort is going to be safer than serving his current master (I'm guessing Lucius?).

Thanks again for sharing this brilliant story, and I'll be looking forward to more, whenever it comes!

Long time, no see! I did a little happy dance when I saw the new chapter. I really love this fanfic, in some ways better than cannon. Thanks for sharing.

Peter, by now you should have worked out that Tom is a "kill the messenger"-type personality. Why do you think that you would be spared that?

Seriously, this is your own fault. You had to make a call in the darkest hour of the First War to decide on what side you were on. You selected the devil and, quite frankly, it's your own fault that there is now hell to pay.

Nice idea making Ron the "Heir of Gryffindor" (at least in the minds of the mass media). Ron get so much bad press in fanfics that it's nice that he be given a chance to shine.
