Hello, I'm a book and RPG junkie who's in his 30s. I started with basic D&D in 1978, so yes, that means I have characters old enough to legally drink. =) While I still hold a warm place in my heart for Gary Gygax's creation, I think Shadowrun offered me the most flexibility as far as game mechanics goes.

Started reading Harry Potter around the time the Prisoner of Azkaban came out, and my wife and I have been hooked ever since. Other favorites include David & Leigh Eddings, Christopher Stasheff, and Robert Heinlein.

Harry Potter and the Nightmares of Future's Past sort of popped into my head while I was working on another story. I wrote the prologue in one sitting, read back over it and said "hmmm...". I've been working on it ever since. (The response it received over Blackwand Chronicles was also surprising.)

I discovered Naruto at a friend's anime party, and became intrigued with the surprisingly deep story lines. I started working on Team 8 as a palate-cleanser between chapters of NFP.

I've written a few original novels that I'm trying to get a publisher or agent interested in... right now I'm working on my collection of rejection letters. I've started making my original fiction available through my Yahoo group, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/viridian_dreams.

You can also pop into the Yahoo group if you have questions or comments not completely tied to a review. The speculation on future plot twists is rife in there, but I've avoiding letting anything slip... so far, anyway.
